Errors with js form embeds w/ pre-populated fields

Today, we ran into an issue with deployment causing errors with forms embedded via javascript with pre-populated fields' values. This did not affect any iframe embeds or js embeds without pre-populated values (which is the default).

The code deployed was security-related improvements to the technical implementation of the form's pre-populated fields.
