Unfortunately the issue with submissions is still persisting so we're going to roll back the upgrade at this time.

Update
We've hit a small issue in the upgrade impacting submissions on a small number of accounts. We're working on a fix now and extending the maintenance an additional hour.

On Wednesday, November 8th, 2017, Formstack has scheduled a one-hour, non-downtime maintenance window for live Forms, Formstack login Accounts, Submissions, and Third Party Integrations. The maintenance window is scheduled for one-hour beginning at 3:00 am EST (8:00 am UTC) while our User and Form traffic is at a minimum.
We do not anticipate this maintenance will result in any downtime but have reserved an hour for the release and post-release testing. We will maintain continuous communication throughout the process on our status site at status.formstack.com
Details about the maintenance:
We are upgrading our systems from PHP 5 to PHP 7 which will greatly improve our infrastructure from the aspects of reliability and security. With this release, we will see higher load capacities and an increase in performance for the Formstack application, particularly for new and future deployments.
Preparation:
- We do not anticipate any downtime or noticeable impact to the web application or live Forms.
- Upon completion of the maintenance, all systems and activity will resume and no action will be required on your part.
- In the event of an outage during this maintenance window, Formstack’s web application, including live Forms, emails, webhooks, API transmissions, and the ability to accept submissions will be unavailable. Those attempting to access live Forms or the Formstack web application will receive a placeholder message indicating Formstack is unavailable. This message will be removed immediately upon maintenance and downtime completion.
