On Monday, May 14th at 12:32:38 pm EDT, Formstack experienced a 40-second outage affecting access to the formstack.com site. The outage was the result of a database server failure, however, our system was able to detect and correct this quickly resulting in minimal downtime.

All site access was fully restored at 12:33:18 pm EDT and any backlogged activities such as Partial Submission captures or data updates for in-app analytics was fully restored as of 1:05 pm EDT.
